An expert in French law, Myriam specializes in legal and litigation issues pertaining to inheritance, citizenship, immigration/returning residents, real estate, M&A, antitrust issues, international contracts, and tenders in various sectors, including construction and telecommunications. In addition, Myriam provides ongoing legal consulting for both the French Embassy in Israel and the Institut Culturel Francais in Tel Aviv. For over 20 years, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists, an editorial board member of its "Justice" publication, and manager of the French version from its inception. Myriam has also worked for the Harry Sacher Institute for Legislative Research and Comparative Law, as a principal researcher on a project comparing the criminal procedures of France and Israel.
