Boaz’s legal experience encompasses a broad range of practice areas in commercial and administrative law. He has handled numerous complex transactions and tenders, focusing on BOT, PFI, infrastructure and land development projects, with a strong emphasis on tenders, and administrative and commercial litigation. Boaz’s clients include governmental companies, public and government corporations, and municipal authorities. He provides legal opinions and ongoing counsel to clients on a comprehensive range of legal matters in all aspects of their activities, such as the preparation of complex contracts and tenders, in addition to advising directorates and committees on various legal matters.
