A skilled commercial litigator, Dalit’s practice has a strong focus on commercial law and large corporations. Together with the team at Yehuda Raveh & Co, Dalit has participated in numerous high profile and landmark cases, which have succeeded in setting legal precedents in various areas of corporate law, particularly the interpretation of the State of Israel’s Toll Road Act and related areas of constitutional law. Dalit is an expert trainer in her areas of legal expertise, and she is responsible for the training of interns and lawyers in her department. Dalit also provides specialized legal counsel to large commercial bodies on laws pertaining to toll road systems in Israel.
