Gilad’s practice focuses on all legal aspects of real estate development and property transactions, including planning, construction, and operation of integrated projects for residential, commercial and tourism purposes. He has represented many of Israel’s leading building developers and contractors, and international companies involved in recent large-scale real estate development projects in Jerusalem.
Gilad advises clients throughout all stages of project development, including financing agreements, sale or rental of developed property, management contracts, and obtaining registration and permits from the local authorities. He also counsels developers and contractors on a comprehensive range of legal issues pertaining to taxation, disputes with contractors, tenants, authorities and banks, and management of negotiations between project partners.
