Associate
An experienced advisor and litigator, Gili’s practice area covers a range of sectors, including labor and commercial law, with a special emphasis on hotels and tourism. She provides legal counsel to some of the largest companies in the industry, many of whom have international interests. She has extensive experience in drafting and preparing complex agreements, advising on labor issues, preparing court documents and managing various legal proceedings. Since 2011, Gili has been practicing as a certified mediator.
She also provides expert opinions and guidance on business development projects. Among others, she has provided ongoing legal advice for the development of a hotel and marina project in Cyprus, and several major luxury hotels and spas in Israel.
