Haim is the co-founder and served as the first managing partner of the Tel Aviv office of Yehuda Raveh & Co. An experienced litigator and renowned legal consultant to public and private companies, Haim’s extensive practice focuses on complex issues pertaining to securities and capital markets, stock exchange regulations, M&A, public offerings, environmental protection, mass media and communication, property zoning, real estate planning and construction, and renewable energy laws and regulations.
Haim is ad-hoc counsel to the Knesset Interior Affairs Committee for legislation on environmental protection and natural resources, and is authorized to manage prosecution claims in this area by the Attorney General. Haim also served as Vice Chairman of the Securities & Capital Markets Committee and the Corporations Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Haim is a guest lecturer at the Netanya Academic College Law School and is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator.
