Lisa is recognized as a leading expert in commercial law and the non-profit sector, representing local and international clients and municipalities. Lisa advises on all aspects of corporate, commercial and third-sector (non-profit) law. Lisa is an authority on banking and finance issues and served on the forum of legal advisors for the Association of Mortgage Banks.
Lisa’s practice covers real estate development and construction projects involving multi-million dollar investments, as well as representation of publicly traded companies, mergers & acquisitions, and BOT/ PFI projects. She regularly lectures in her areas of expertise to academics and professionals at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Israel Management Center, and to banking professionals. She serves as Chairperson on the Discipline Committee at Hebrew University and is legal counsel in Israel for Hadassah (the Zionist Women's Organization of America).
