Mattan’s legal expertise covers a broad range of practice areas in commercial and administrative law, including complex tenders (BOT/PFI, infrastructure, and real estate), labor law, and various municipal issues relating to administrative and regulatory law. Specializing in tenders, local government law, administrative and commercial litigation, Mattan is the permanent legal adviser to a number of government companies, public corporations, local municipalities and directorates. In this capacity, Mattan provides ongoing counsel and legal opinions to tender committees, and represents clients in all legal issues pertaining to the committee’s activities.
