Noam’s practice focuses on real estate and construction, and he has represented some of Israel’s leading building contractors and developers, including internationally renowned names engaged in large-scale projects in Israel. He advises clients across the entire project lifecycle, including the development, construction and operation phases of integrated projects for residential, commercial and tourism purposes.
Noam provides expert legal consulting in construction and financing agreements, property sale/rental, taxation issues, and registration with the local and governmental authorities. He has considerable experience representing a wide range of clients in disputes with contractors, tenants, authorities, banks and project partners.
