After moving with his family from Australia, Yair grew up in Ramat-Gan.
His internship and first steps after becoming a member of the Israel Bar Association where made in a private office, which specializes in the areas of corporations, contracts & real estate law. Yair joined Yehuda Raveh & Co. Law Offices in 2015 and become a junior partner in 2017.

As a former manager of Bnei Akiva’s Jerusalem's district, Yair volunteers as a consultant and participates in steering committees of its youth movement.
Yair writes columns on Bible study in the Bible Study Project "929".

Yair's practice at Yehuda Raveh & Co. focuses on:

• Non-profit organizations and for-profit companies, including registration, liquidation, drafting company policies and annual reports.
• Commercial agreements, including M&A, partnerships, licensing, granting, distribution, agency management, NDAs and loan agreements.
• Labor Law, including employment agreements, corporate labor policies, dismissal hearings, litigation, and attaining work permits.

Yair represents around 100 non-profit organizations, serving among others, as a permanent and authorized signatory of large organizations, with financial turnovers exceeding 100M per annum.
Yair handles complex liquidation proceedings, and acts as an official liquidator of international corporations, some with a very significant scope of assets.
